Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders as well as their teams to increase business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She served as an advisor to help translate the people and business strategies into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals by focusing on organizational performance as well as employee engagement and change. She is passionate about learning and envisions leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses to develop and coach leaders, with successful result, she was able to help create corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation.
